Instead of running on the treadmill, find activities that you enjoy that also get your heart rate up. Even an activity like golf help because it keeps you active. Here's a few things you can do (off the top of my head): pickup basketball, disc golf, tennis, ping-pong, playing outside with your kids, a softball league, trail-hiking and so on. Don't over-think this one. Just do something you enjoy.



3.) Ask For Help

There are plenty of people around you who have lost weight or got into better shape and would love to share their knowledge. You can ask friends or family or even sign up for an online forum where people discuss how they achieved their health and fitness goals. Use these resources, it is all free information!



4.) Measure Yourself

Measure you bust size once a week with a tailors tape. By doing so, you can see actual, tangible results for your diet and workout approach. It will help keep you motivated for getting rid of manboobs and only takes you a few minutes a week.




5.) Lower Your Carbs, Up The Protein

If you're like me, you don't want to spend hours cooking food and counting calories. You want a simpler approach.



Instead, just eat a little more protein and cut out some carbohydrates. This means more meat and nuts and less bread and pasta. A small change like that can actually pay big dividends when you combine it with other habit changes.



6.) Work Out At Home

You don't need a gym membership for getting rid of manboobs. You just need a floor.



Exercising doesn't require fancy gym equipment or fancy exercises. It can be as simple as doing a few push-ups or sit-ups per day. The idea is to start small and if you can keep it going for a month, then you can think about a gym membership.

Like I keep saying, start small and go from there.

The whole idea of this article (in case you have noticed), is to start small. Stop overthinking things and trying to create the "perfect gameplan" for getting rid of manboobs. Just take at least one step from this list and apply it to your life. It's that easy. Each week that goes by you can build on your successes and you will be amazed at your results.
